Fantasia

This piece depicts the Durbar festival in the Sahel. The shapes and patterns are deeply rooted in northern Nigeria's culture. So are the architecture, the outfits, the traditional music instruments and weapons. The spirit and grandeur of the event is obvious through the style of the designer and his use of vibrant colors.
